More About Me

I love helping people develop and navigate their real estate goals.

My personal real estate journey has come with many rewards and it has inspired me to help you with yours. Landing in the perfect spot is an adventure, it takes tenacity, and it can be so life changing. I'm here to listen, brainstorm and then create a plan so we can make your real estate dreams a reality.

Being part of the real estate industry is so inspiring, I love connecting with people and  being able to access my interests in architecture, design and art. I have a keen eye for assessing the important elements of a desirable home, including construction quality, functionality, site placement and more. My husband and I have worked on numerous redesign and remodel projects on our own homes, which gives me a great sense of the potential a home might hold and the degree of effort and investment the endeavor may take. This insight lends itself to helping sellers make decisions on whether or not to make upgrades before listing, and can also help buyers determine if a home will be an excellent fit the moment they hold the keys, or if there might be some changes made that could bring a less that perfect home to the top of the contenders list.

I'm here to be your advocate through the entire buying & selling process. It can be a stressful time but I am a pro at keeping you in a positive mindset and focused on what we are working toward. I have a tenacious drive that I will dedicate to your goals and we won't stop until your vision has been met.

My Story

I have a deep love for the beauty, people, and communities of Kitsap County and feel incredibly fortunate to have called this region home for over 31 years. Raising a family on Bainbridge Island afforded incredible schools, unparalleled beauty and meaningful connections and opportunities. During this time I was honored to teach dance at Bainbridge Dance Center, also serving as both Associate Director and Director. Connecting with students and their families, guiding dancers in discovering and cultivating their passion was an experience which brought immense joy. Day to day school administration built my strengths in communication, leadership, and collaboration.

In 2017 I embarked on a new adventure, moving north to the picturesque hamlet of Hansville, where we realized our long-held dream of owning a home with breathtaking west-facing water and Olympic Mountain views. Living in this ever-changing, awe-inspiring landscape has been nothing short of magical—both energizing and deeply meditative. We’ve embraced life as North Kitsap locals, uncovering hidden gems throughout the region and reaffirming our belief that there is no better place to call home than the stunning West Puget Sound.

On my favorite free days, you might find me in the garden, exploring an art museum, or strolling along the beach with our dog, River. (Ask me about the incredible story of how we brought River and her two brothers into the U.S. from Canada during COVID!) Evenings are often spent at concerts, dance and theater performances, or stargazing by the fire. I have a passion for photography, a deep love for orcas, and find delight in providing friends and neighbors with fresh-cut flower bouquets.

Community connection is at the heart of who I am. One of my most meaningful contributions has been my involvement in the creation of Hansville’s new 100-acre Forever Forest, now a permanent part of the Hansville Greenway. As a leader in the organizing team, I helped craft a plan to purchase 100 acres of land from a developer in order to avoid development, and retain it as open space for benefit of humans and nature. I played a key role in the early fundraising efforts and helped spearhead the community-wide outreach campaign that raised $2.1 million—meeting our goal in a remarkably short timeframe, thanks to the deep generosity and enthusiasm of so many. Today, this land is held in trust by Great Peninsula Conservancy, ensuring its preservation for generations to come. Some of my other community involvement includes teaching a weekly adult modern dance class, serving as a member of Hansville Helping Hands, for which I chaired the 2018 & 2019 Hansville Garden Tours, and participating in the Flotsam & Jetsam Garden Club of Hansville.

Whether through real estate, community advocacy, or honoring nature; I am deeply committed to fostering meaningful connections, and I love nothing more than helping others pursue their “home sweet home” dreams.
